"Mr Hawkins showed up a few minutes early to the appointment, had already inspected the reported problem and told me how it happened, how to prevent it in the future, and then told me the repair was smaller than planned and I would be charged less accordingly. He then very quickly completed the repair, touched base with me to test it, electronically billed me and was on his way. Hawkins Brothers is now my got to sprinkler repair service and I am spreading the word! THANK YOU!"

"Jeremy was prompt in his arrival time and the work, in replacing the ball value. The company itself was prompt in scheduling the appt for my need. They sent msgs and calls reminding me of the schedule and time of arrival, which was real customer service, like the 'good old day'!! This is a small business I highly recommend to those needing quality service."
